Everyones favourite breakfast food is actually a pretty cool little grain! EASY PB OAT COOKIE RECIPE This recipe is awesome as is or as a base to add other ingredients too! They are dense and chewy. Enjoy.
1.5 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 ripe bananas 1/4 tsp salt (you don't have to add this, but it brings out the PB flavour) 1/2 cup chocolate chips (omit at own risk :p)
Mash ingredients together in mixing bowl with hands, form into balls and flatten on baking sheet. Bake at 350 C for 12-15 mins. Enjoy with your favourite plant based milk.
