Bought this to have on hand for cold weather for lunch or a snack. I tried to make it per instructions and there are always lumps of powder left. So today I made it and then used my immersion blender and that took care of the lumps. Its tasty and not too salty, so I will continue to purchase. Not totally filling but will do in a pinch.

This soup is convenient in how you just need boiled water. It has a lot of flavor and doesn't clump up. I have a small hand whisk that I mix up these soups with.

The flavor is good and so is the amount and texture. I have been doubling them up, using a larger bowl and a full cup of water, and it's a full meal. Then, I follow up w a shake.

I like this Creamy soup. I like the fact that it's low calorie, high protein and lower carb. It controls my hunger pretty good.I do wish the amount of sodium was lower.

I was excited to try the creamy chicken and vegetable soup, but it was very disappointing. Has very little flavor, especially compared to the other brands DietDirect offers. I recommend trying a different brand.
