My scale has been 15 lbs off so i went to get another scale and i am starting over with round 2 to give the next 90 days a fair chance. So i will be doing a restart video update once i complete my 1st week. I am also learning about how the body reacts to certian things like processed foods and natural foods so i can learn more about nutrition and share with you the best way to make the most progress. So here it goes wish me luck.
Well i am reading a book that is written by the famous Dr that was on the Oprah show Dr mehmet OZ the name of the book is" YOU The owner's manual " it's a book about the whole body and how it works from top to bottom inside and out and i have 300 or so pages left before I'm done and then I'll make a video on it for people that have no clue how to really loose weight and they are too worried about their weight instead of how many inches their waist is. Dr oz is my inspiration to all i have learned about nutrition don't get me wrong i don't know much, that video was just the tip of the ice burg. knowledge is power. if you don't read the manual on YOU then you don't know how to operate it right? My goal is to enlighten people about those silly diets and pills and drinks that are all bait because all people didn't go medical school so they don't know what makes what do what it's supposed to. they don't have the knowledge just like i didn't but people are not going to go through months of research to do what i did they just want answers on how to get to where they want to be in life. this is a lifestyle not a diet diets are temporary so they have temporary results so it gives me my motivation to see all the people who have started a new lifestyle and worked out to p90x because of me that's the people that i motivate is the people that motivate me. Thanks to everyone that has been there to pull me through it is tough but you just got to pick up the pieces and try again and that's what i plan on doing this time. God bless you all for watching.
