Mahi Mahi Sweet Potatoes

3 Sweet Potatoes (makes 5-6 servings)
olive oil, Thyme

Mahi Mahi
Onion, Garlic, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Lemon Pepper, 1/2 Lemon squeezed

Sautéed Greens
Bag of Power Greens (trader Joes), Olive Oil, Garlic Powder

Fall Salad
Kale, Granny Smith Apple, Gala Apple, Cranberries, Snow Peas, Almonds (1 cup of chick peas optional)

Salade Dressing Recipe
Apple Cider Vinegar, Olive Oil, Pomegranate powder

Vegan Stir Fry
Beefless Ground Beef (trader joes), Tofu, Sriracha, Soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ground pepper, garlic, red chili pepper flakes, red onion, spinach, mushrooms,
Non Vegan option (add eggs and or meat/ seafood)
