Green Smoothie Recipe: (all items are Organic)

2 Handfuls of Spinach
2 Cups of water
1 scoop of Raw Fit plant based protein powder
1 table spoon of flaxseeds
1 apple (cored)
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup of froze pineapples
1 cup of frozen mangos

Egg Sandwich Recipe
1 Whole wheat slim
1 egg white
1 whole egg
1/2 avocado

Top Sirloin Steak (How to make the perfect steak)
Steak
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Powder
1/2 cup of sliced white mushrooms

Avocado Salad Recipe
Organic spinach
1 cup of organic black beans
1/2 Organic Avocado
chopped carrots
chopped onions
Goat Cheese
1/2 lemon for salad dressing

Yogurt Parfait (all organic)
Strawberries
Blackberries
European style fat free plain Yogurt

Chocolate Rice cakes
1 Brown Rice Organic Rice Cake
2 Tbs of Justin's Hazelnut

Almond Bananas
1 ripe Banana
1 tbs of Justin's Almond Butter
a sprinkle of Unsalted almond slices
