What to Eat During Pregnancy: Healthy Snack Ideas | Parents

Fruits and vegetables fill you up and have plenty of nutrients. Fresh, frozen, or canned fruits and vegetables are healthy food that take little preparation. Yogurt, milk, and cheese have calcium and protein. Choose low- or non-fat options. Edamame, nuts, nut butters, hummus, and hard-boiled eggs satisfy you with protein and healthy fats. Whole grains are a good basis for healthy cooking and healthy snack recipes. Air-popped popcorn, whole grain cereal, and whole wheat crackers or pretzels are all good options.
