Yogurt, milk, and cheese have calcium and protein. Choose low- or non-fat options. Edamame, nuts, nut butters, hummus, and hard-boiled eggs satisfy you with protein and healthy fats. Whole grains are a good basis for healthy cooking and healthy snack recipes. Air-popped popcorn, whole grain cereal, and whole wheat crackers or pretzels are all good options.
