This meal that Troy is going to show you today is perfect for any muscle gain diet and is even better if you are taking bulking season serious. This is truly the mass gaining diet meal preparation, as the total recipe will contain over 250 grams of protein, 400 grams of complex carbohydrates, and 50 grams of healthy fats. If you are on a muscle-building diet, this will give you close to 6 full meals, which is perfect for any muscle gain diet.

Ingredients listed in the muscle-building diet meal preparation

1. 2 boxes of whole wheat or whole grain pasta (my favorite mass-building diet carbohydrate)
2. 1 package of 99 percent fat-free turkey (my favorite weight gain diet protein)
3. 1 package of 92 percent grain-fed ground beef (one of the top muscle-building foods)
4. 1 can of no-sugar-added tomato sauce
5. 4 tablespoons of olive oil
6. Salt-free seasoning of choice

Optional ingredients to add in: onions, vegetables, spinach, cabbage, avocado, mushrooms, and tomatoes (these are all great to add into any weight gain diet recipe)
