1. 2 boxes of whole wheat or whole grain pasta (my favorite mass-building diet carbohydrate) 2. 1 package of 99 percent fat-free turkey (my favorite weight gain diet protein) 3. 1 package of 92 percent grain-fed ground beef (one of the top muscle-building foods) 4. 1 can of no-sugar-added tomato sauce 5. 4 tablespoons of olive oil 6. Salt-free seasoning of choice
Optional ingredients to add in: onions, vegetables, spinach, cabbage, avocado, mushrooms, and tomatoes (these are all great to add into any weight gain diet recipe)
