Warm-Up: 20 Burpees
300 Reps of the Following: A1) Romanian Deadlifts A2) Close Push-Ups A3) Front Squats
Rest 60 seconds, repeat circuit until you do 100 reps in total of each exercise
Finisher: 10 reps of 5 sets of Kettlebell Swings
