P90x is definitely the mother of all the P90x, but it's my favorite because it is such a challenge. You might think you're in shape...until you try this one! Great for everyone, especially athletes and people looking for something exciting for their muscles and bodies. BEWARE: VERY HIGH IMPACT, so take all the precautions you need. You'll get results in EVERY OTHER AREA if you do this, only once a week will do it! PS - I had to add the footage of my nice WIPEOUT during some of the jumps.
