The puddings are tasty...they do have a very slight "grainy" texture but the taste is good...I haven't used as a shake..Will buy again

I wasnt overly crazy about a couple of the flavors, the Strawberry or the Banana wasnt yuck in my opinion. The Swiss Chocolate and French Vanilla was better. I didnt really like how they mixed in the blender..to much "foam". Pretty good on cals., sugars, and carbs for a Whey Isolate.

I've only tried this as a pudding not the shake. so maybe the shake is better. Doesn't mix as well as a pudding.
