I have only used as pudding. I didn't like it by itself mixed with water because I thought consistency was a little rubbery. I mixed with the butterscotch and used unsweetened vanilla almond milk and I liked it much better.

These puddings are easy to make and take with you anywhere - but if you are home freezing them makes a great substitute for ice cream.

The flavor was not a strong toffee one. Not much different from the vanilla flavor. It was a nice surprise to have the little toffee chunks though and I love the sensation of fullness from the protein.

This is on my "Do not re purchase list". It is grainy, has the protein powder taste to it and is bland. The only good thing about it is the toffee bits.

Mixes up nicely, good toffee taste with the crunchy bits. A little more gelatinous in texture than creamy. A slight protein aftertaste but nothing that isn't tolerable.
