Part 2 on talking about Fat. Just basically what I learned about fat in prep to lose the specific one for my goals. In this case Visceral Fat, the one that many don't talk about. Some bad things about this fat. 1.Its Biologically Active 2. Inhibits muscle growth 3. Lowers testosterone 4. Generates insuline resistance (Type 2 diabetes) 5. Increase sensitivity to pain 6. Affects metabolism (negatively) 7. Produces its own hormones (controls apetite) 8. Produces message signals promoting disease 9. Raise blood pressure 10. Even tells your body to produce more fat. 11. Make higher levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) 12. Greater incident of tumors and cardiovascular disease 13.
