I had gastric bypass surgery 9 years ago and these are the kind of vitamins I promised to take for the rest of my life. I have been lax to do so as the plain tablets were huge and I nearly gagged swallowing one. This time I researched several sites and found these vitamins. They also contain iron which I am always low on. THE BIG ADVANTAGE for me is that these vitamins are in any easy-to-swallow capsule...just slides right down. I now take them every day! I am very happy with this find and will order again.

These vitamins seem to be of good quality at a fair price. They don't upset my stomach like other vitamins and there is no aftertaste.

I absolutely love taking these vitamins. The dosing on the bottle is very visible. I did not like the taste of the chewables and gave it a try many, many times. I had the Gastric Bypass Roux-En-Y and in the beginning everything is new and had difficulty getting in the correct dosage of all my vitamins. Now the worry has been taken out of the equation! I take 1 in the morning, one at lunch, and one at dinner time. Very easy to swallow and they do not upset my stomach.

I wish in the description it would have said I have to take 3 a day, I wouldn't have bought it then. Will never buy again.
