My husband and I have these on the weekend when we have more time to do breakfast. It took some finessing to get it right and since then, we love them and have become a weekend staple for us. I use 3oz of hot water (from our Keurig) mix with a fork and pour into a warm non stick pan. I cook them on low and turn the omelet over before it cooks all the way through. Once flipped, only a short time on the alternate side before folding and serving. If you over cook them they do have a rubbery consistency but I have found a method that works for me and it leaves the omelet light, fluffy and tasty.

I did not like this at all... I tried, but it just wasn't for me. I returned what I had left and they replaced it so fast no problems. If you don't like something just return it! :)

Terrible product......bland and tasteless with watery consistency that makes it hard to cook up evenly even with peppers, green onions and mushrooms added to the mix.

Add the water and a little skim milk (to make it fluffy) and fry it in a Teflon pan sprayed with Pam. It is great!

Don't buy this. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. It has been the worst thing I have tried. Can't even explain the taste it was so bad.
