This is the first time that I've actually started being a healthier active person and stuck to it, because I really am loving every part or my diet and exercise routine. (: Make sure to watch part 1!
Here is what I do and where to get the products I mention:
Natalie's Typical Day (health-wise): 1. Wake up in the AM. Take my multi-vitamin. 2. Have Nutiva Hemp Shake with fruit mixed in usually. http://bit.ly/nutiva or your local health food store. Or for international www.livingnutritionals.com 3. 10 Minutes in the Morning Youtube Video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zItYF3Q_ZCk 4. Yoga Booty Ballet LIVE either Cardio Burlesque, or Hip Hop Abs DVDs. www.beachbody.com or elsewhere on the web like Amazon or Ebay. 5. Have a somewhat healthy lunch consisting of protein, fruits or veggies, sometimes with Hemp Shake, usually not. 6. Drink lots of water in between to keep satisfied and hydrated. 7. Enjoy whatever I like for dinner and dessert without overeating!
