Part 2: Feel Good, Look Great, Be Healthy!



This is the first time that I've actually started being a healthier active person and stuck to it, because I really am loving every part or my diet and exercise routine. (: Make sure to watch part 1!

Here is what I do and where to get the products I mention:

Natalie's Typical Day (health-wise):
1. Wake up in the AM. Take my multi-vitamin.
2. Have Nutiva Hemp Shake with fruit mixed in usually.

4. Yoga Booty Ballet LIVE either Cardio Burlesque, or Hip Hop Abs DVDs.
www.beachbody.com or elsewhere on the web like Amazon or Ebay.
5. Have a somewhat healthy lunch consisting of protein, fruits or veggies, sometimes with Hemp Shake, usually not.
6. Drink lots of water in between to keep satisfied and hydrated.
7. Enjoy whatever I like for dinner and dessert without overeating!

Simple. Fun. Healthy.
