Running 2 miles every single day (this killed me) | WEIGHT LOSS MOTIVATION Fitness Challenge I've lost 40 pounds twice in my life using running as a major tool for weight loss. In this video I document my experience running 2 miles every single day, after not running for almost a year. I decided to try this out as a running challenge to remind myself of what I am capable of in my current physique and to motivate myself, once more. I want to TRULY care for my body and start my fitness/weight loss journey using myself as motivation. It was tough, but I'm proud that I did it. This is my first of many fitness challenges I hope to do to jump start my way back into a healthy lifestyle/journey. What did I experience? Does running every day really improve your mood?
