Cucumber, Tomato and Onion Salad (Great for Weight Loss)
KETO FRIENDLY ð?¥? Ingredients: Cucumbers/Tomatoes/Vinegar/Olive Oil/Salt & Pepper Hello Everyone!!! This is a Salad that I ate back in the Day as a child. Iâ??ve lose lots of weight eating this salad. I ate this for lunch and dinner along with some baked chicken, fish or pork chop (not much red meat) and a fruit. For Breakfast I ate some oatmeal sprinkled with Splenda and a little real butter & a fruit (strawberries, oranges, apples or grapefruit) Or I ate a couple pieces of bacon and 2 eggs. For snack I ate a Fruit before Bedtime. (4 fruits total per day) & I Drank Plenty of Water All Day!
Salad Recipe:
2 Large Cucumbers 1 medium Onion 1 package of Cherry Tomatoes 3 Tablespoons of White Vinegar 1 or 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to taste
