January 1, 2016, exactly a week after the unexpected death of my cousin, my best friend passed away. One week later I slipped and fell and I could not get up.No one could help me get up due to my weight. Thatâ??s when I decided to do what everyone else said was impossible. Weighing in at over 600-lbs watch me transform losing almost 200-lbs naturally without surgery or medication.
