I did heavy weight training and bodybuilding type workout for 2-3 hours every single day. After my weight training sessions I did steady state cardio for 10-15 minutes and usually aimed to burn 200-300 calories on the treadmill. Right after my cardio, I went to the sauna for sweat out some water weight and repeated this every day. I weighed myself at night and day, always aiming to be lighter than the day before. I took pictures to motivate myself , and kept pushing , dropping my calories down every now and then. My beginner diet was chicken breast and rice mostly .
