FULL DAY OF EATING // Vegan WTF Bowls ?? (w applesandamandas)

Butternut/Sweet Potato Curry Recipe:
- 1 large peeled & diced butternut squash (or pumpkin)
- 2 medium sweet potatoes - peeled & diced
- 1 large red onion diced
- 1 can of full fat coconut milk
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 2-3 cups of veggie stock
- tsp of ground cinnamon
- tsp of ground turmeric (the real recipe calls for fresh but I used ground as I'm lazy)
- tsp of ground coriander
- Salt & pepper
- Little oil to fry (or just use water)
- After frying off the onions & spices - add all other ingredients & leave to simmer for 20-30 mins
- Drizzle of tahini (essential!)
- Serve with rice, quinoa or anything else you enjoy to apply to face with! :)

Raspberry/Tahini/Hemp Salad Dressing:
- 2 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup of hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup (or more) of good runny tahini
- Juice of 1-2 oranges
- Water to thin
