"quick" info about my person: 2002 i began training in a public gym bodyweight 82 kg soon i was interested in bodybulding after i trained 2 years i was approached by a buddy in the gym, bodyweight at that time was about 85 kg , ive started to do powerlifting with him. at that time i had no idea about nutrition and supplements and training, sometimes i came to the gym loaded with a banana! i figured out what i want to do and which way iam wanna go, the answer was POWER so i said to myself i cant go on looking very good and be strong at the same time (now i know that both is possible=) so ive started to gain weight at all cost, eating alot of junkfood, food in general,weightgainer drinks and supplements... my plan was to weigh abput 100 kg ! as i continued gaining weight ive became stronger and stronger so i thaught why stop at 100 kg ! so over the next years ive became a competitve powerlifter and 2006 i had my first benchpress meet i weighed 107,8 kg and i benchpressed 147,5 kg with a special benchshirt. from here on out ive dedicated my life to the sport and to getting bigger and stronger no parties, no social life exept having dinner with friends and buddies from the gym and training , training and training ive gained weight and got stronger and stronger up to the point of weighing 155 kg beeing one of the strongest men in germany and top 5 strongman ive had many injuries and almost lost a finger in an squat accident had many ups and downs and lost a lot of friends because of my dedication to the sport than ive decided to change my life and become the old me again on my birthday in december 2010 ive made up my mind my goal was to get back to my original goal 100 kg bodyweight in 12 months ! alot of people, including family and friends told me that it is not possible and i couldnt do it but that gave me the power to do it and to show everyone including myself that it is possible if you really want it. so i began doing it the rest is history
always keep in mind that ive achived all of this without any steroids or hormons and i urge everyone out there to stay away from things like that since 2012 i dont take any supplements anymore just regular good whole foods and iam still pretty strong and i feel energized and healthy.
