You guys asked for it so here it is :) Just wanted to point this out to you guys, I try to eat healthy all the time because it very good for you and I like to stay in shape but I have days where I'll snack on some hot Cheetos or have a whole carton of ice cream but that's totally okay to do!!!! Eat whatever YOU want and NO I'm not on a diet. Diet doesn't exist in my vocabulary. Anyways, If you guys want some tips on how to tone out your stomach without working out LMK bc I'm down for that.
