Sous Vide ALASKAN COD FISH with Sous Vide Asparagus! Health Eating Always



Sous vide healthy eating today guys. We have been eating amazing steaks and I decided it's time for a light meal. For this cook I got some beutiful Alaskan Cod fish from my local butcher and I could not pass it up. I keep things light by also adding sous vide asparagus to this meal. Something funny happened with that asparagus which I need your help with. As always I hope you enjoy this video and look forward to your comments.

HOW TO COOK ALASKAN COD FISH SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 30min. @ (135°F / 57.2°C)

HOW TO COOK ASPARAGUS SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 30min. @ (185°F / 85°C)

* INGREDIENTS * I used for this sous vide cook.
- 3 Beautiful Alaskan Cod Filets
- Smoked Salt to Taste
- Black Pepper
- Lemon Slices
- Parsley

TO finish the ALASKAN COD after searing
- Chopped Parsley
- Capers
- Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
