Why must Eat pear! Pears healthy eating! Pears, fragrant and juicy, are healthy fruits, with many health benefits and a low glycemic index (only 30), pears are digested and absorbed more slowly than foods that have a medium or high glycemic index, therefore, it is recommended in the prevention of obesity, diabetes and coronary heart disease. Also, pears are recommended for people suffering from gastro esophageal reflux because they do not affect the stomach lining. If the option of eating the fruit itself, or drink the juice or nectar of pears, seems bland and already you're bored, here is a very simple recipe that I improve for my family.
