These are the basic things that I get from the store. As you can see...it's mostly items that are organic, on the healthier side and easy to meal prep with. I am still learning how to not go for my old great tasting foods, that are terrible for you...but since I have found meals that taste great naturally; it has really helped curve those cravings. Now when I eat meals that I used to eat all the time, I feel like crap! Let me know if you have any questions.
