Keeping your body fit and toned after a foot or ankle injury
Is it possible to work out with a foot or ankle injury, and still burn fat? The answer is yes! In this video, personal trainer and entrepreneur Donette shows you how. Make sure to check with your doctor first!
The idea for this video came last Spring, which I double-sprained my ankle and was unable to work out. Not being able to run, I still found it possible to lose fat and gain muscle, while eating the same and working out less. When Donette injured her foot recently, I challenged her to do the same...and she did! This video shows you how.
Donette is a personal trainer in Dallas, TX and is also the owner of Vintropolis. Please contact us via TexasMD.com if you are looking to transform your health!
