As a post bariatric patient, I miss crackers and chips and the crunch of a low carb diet. I use these along with guacamole for a high protein snack. Unlike Quest chips, they hold up to the scooping and the cheese flavor compliments the guacamole. I keep it in the car for a snack when I can't get a real meal in, or I find myself starving in between meals. It's a great emergency go-to that requires no refrigeration, and is impervious to the heat/freezing of the glove compartment. I give it a 4-star rating based on convenience, versatility and flavor.

Blech! This has a fake butter aftertaste that is really off-putting. On the plus side, there is a good, satisfying crunch to the snack.

The White Cheddar taste "ok" to me. I like the BBQ much better. The White Cheddar taste kind of bland to me but do the job to fill you up and get your protein in.

Maybe it's been so long since I've tasted cheese that I forgotten what it tastes like. But I was craving a more salty treat one day and opened these. Meh. They were just okay because of that weird after taste. I still missed the salt because these don't really have much. There is a sour dill version of these that is much better.

I was so excited to get these but I was disappointed. They are very hard and I did not care for the flavor either. Although the taste isn't awful and it does have a cheesy flavor it's not as good as I'd hoped and I couldn't even eat half the bag as it was a let down. I am quite fussy about my foods so some may like it. I am thinking of taking them to my support group for others to try it. I bought 2 boxes as so many thought it was great. Sigh.

I'm doing Ideal Protein alternatives. These were tasty and i will definitely order more. I expected them to be like eating packing peanuts, but instead they have a nice crunch to them. I think I like the BBQ crisps just a tiny bit more but still enjoy these. They have a nice strong white cheddar taste.
