Hi loves! I am sharing how to meal prep for beginners along with healthy lunch and dinner recipes. This is what I eat in a day for this week along with breakfast and a snack in between so a total of 5 small meals. I hope you enjoy! *I eat a total of 5 small meals a day which includes 3 of the prepped meals, breakfast and 1 snack. I space them 2-3 hours apart.
How to cook the chicken - Turn the stove on Medium high and cook for 11-15 minutes on each side or until the center is no longer pink.
How to cook the tilapia - Preheat the oven on 425 degrees and bake smaller pieces for 15min and larger pieces for 20min or until it's complete white and flaky
How to cook the veggies - Broil asparagus for 6-8min Broil mushrooms for 7min
