VANILLA CHIA PUDDING - 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 1/c cup of any type of nut milk 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract Fruit or any other toppings you prefer (Chocolate Lovers' version: add 3 Tbsp cacao powder)
SUPERFOOD ACAI BOWL 1 packet Sambazon Unsweetened Smoothie Pack 1 cup any type of frozen berries 1 banana 1/4 cup young coconut meat (optional) Toppings: (feel free to use anything you have, get creative!) LIME AVOCADO TOAST 2 pieces of gluten free bread, toasted (my favorite brand is Food for Life) 1/2 avocado 1 lime Pink Himalayan salt to taste (you can also use sea salt)
