I am currently finishing up round three of P90X. I have been doing the Classic Schedule since day one (Dec 2009). I have been increasing my weights and combining a weighted vest during alot of my workouts. This is helping me add some serious size!
I have been using Shakeology since middle of round one. I feel I wouldnt have had such an extreme transformation without the use of my Shakeology. Clearly, I dont get enough vitamins and nutrients in my diet with my busy work schedule - so Shakeology helps pump me full of the important nutrients I am lacking.
I also use WHEY protein daily (mostly after workouts) and added to my Shakeology every morning with breakfast. Protein is essential for muscle growth - and I feel my results are proof.
I also take multi-vitamins and the P90X Recovery Drink after my workouts to help stay healthy and fully recover. Since Im trying to add size, the P90X Recovery Drink helps by adding a dose of creatine in my daily diet.
