P90X/P90X + Transformation (Before & After) Female - Part 1
(i had re-upload this video - better quality than the 1st).
Started P90X - March 9, 2009. I was a bit skeptical at first but after viewing You Tube Before & After results...it got me! I tried to follow the diet plan but coz of my lifestyle...work and everything...i couldn't follow it to the 'T'. so i just tried eating healthier. I wasn't in any rush to lose weight and I love food! I do believe that my results would've been much better if I did follow the diet all the way through. But I'm happy with the result regardless. Up to this day...I'm still bringing it!
