Body Transformation Hi Guys, Check out my new video on body transformation. I tried something new this time..... From the month April to June, 2010 I did not workout at all and had everything possible to eat to get out of shape.....I started losing muscle and started gaining body fat ......I was gaining abdominal fat every day and as on 1st June, 2010 my body fat was 18% where I decided to stop before it gets out of control. This video shows just that and how I got rid of the flab in 2 months.
