Overwhelming Fake Lemon Flavor

I had high hopes on these bars because I really like some of the other crispy bars. I was so disappointed in this bar. The crispiness is so so and almost gooey and the lemon flavor is like taking a swig off a lemon extract bottle. Way too much and way too chemically tasting. Sorry - its a no go for me.

These bars have changed !

I am so sad. I have been purchasing these bars for over two years now. They have always been my go to snack/meal. I love the taste. While the taste has stayed the same - great lemon flavor - the quality and size has not. I have noticed that the last year or so the quality control on these bars have gone down hill. Sometimes the bars have been cut smaller than others and some do not have the frosting evenly distributed along the bottom. They have been very inconsistent. One order I received were hard and seemed stale. But the last order finally sealed the deal for me and I won't be ordering them again. When I received my last order of lemon bars I excitedly opened up the box and was shocked to see that the bars were half the size that they used to be!!! Sadly I can no longer justify paying 12.95 for seven bars that are very tiny and half their original size. So sadly I will not be ordering them again.

Wasn't initially sure what to think of these, but as I continued eating, I found I really enjoyed the bar and lemon meringue flavor! Loved the crunchiness and frosted coating on bottom. Ate the bar as a late night treat. Would definitely buy again!

Honestly, the Bariwise crispy protein bars are the best out there. They beat everyone when you compare taste and texture to nutritional value. The Wonderslim crispy bars are good, but Bariwise seems to generally have a couple fewer carbs and a little more protein.

These Lemon Meringue bars are very good. The curve my appetite and taste delicious. I really like that they are 15 grams of protein and a very low calorie bar. I would definitely buy these again....and again.
