Weight loss is a hard task. It is one of the hardest things I have ever done. Insanity was a major challenge, but I am proud to say that I completed it. I started my journey at 190. When I gave birth to my daughter I was 210 lbs. I lost a little bit of weight with breast feeding, but not much. I did not feel like I was myself in my body. I was very depressed. A friend of mine suggested Shakeology and Chalean Extreme to me. After Chalean Extreme and Shakeology, I was hungry for more. So I tackled Insanity! I was nervous at first, but it got easier and I start to see some major fat come off my body. Breast feeding and Insanity was challenging, but I was able to keep my milk supply up with eating clean and drinking Shakeology.
I went from 190-141. From a size 12 to a size 4. If you are a nursing momma, I would love to chat more with you about how to safely keep your milk supply and loose weight at the same time!
