In the peak of my obesity and fat, I was weighting 185 lbs, at 15 years old in my sophomore year. I decided to change my life and lost over 40 lbs of fat, and put on some muscle.

At the first months I started running 1mile a day and then lifting three to four times a week, then as my endurance grew, I started running 2-3miles a day throughout the day. 1mile in the morning and 2 at night. It's all about intensity and how much effort you put in. I also stopped eating junk food, and ate a lot of chicken and fish, with a lot of carbs in the morning but barely any at night. You need the carbs for energy when you lift.
