my transformation,weight loss,weight lifting,so far... 298lbs to 191 lb 200 lb range
what up this is me and my story of my weight loss,i have been doin my thing for just about a year and things are going pretty well.i dropped all pop ,chips, chocolate bars ,things of that nature and hit the weights pretty hard and busted my ass off at work running and stuff non stop
