Beyonce's (er...sorry..."Sasha Fierce's") "Lemonade Diet" as reported in the media is really the very old "Master Cleanse."
Folks, this is NOT the answer to fat and weight loss! It is a STEP ALONG THE WAY towards great overall HEALTH.
YES, you may lose weight while fasting, but it is NOT what will maintain that weight loss for you in and of itself. You must follow a lifestyle change, and the changes are manageable and do-able for most people.
