Weigh in omg! And lots of exercises.

My current workout schedule is:
Sun/Tues/Thurs - Run 3.5 to 5 miles
Mon/Wed - Run 1.5ish miles OR do a class

I need to incorporate strength training somehow... hmm.

If you don't have the patience to wait for the end... I lost 1.8 Lbs this week and weigh 167.2 :O!!!1 Total loss of 51.1 Lbs YAY MILESTONE!
