I love this product. High protein/low calories, GREAT tasting. I used to be able to buy them at my local Health Food store, but they quit carrying them. Was thrilled to find that Diet Direct carries them and at a LOWER price! I highly recommend these for anyone trying to increase protein/lower calorie intake!
