I have bought the coffee and chocolate flavors. Shakes are quite tasty, but, you have a little powder in a plastic bottle. Too much plastic waste. Yes, it's convenient, but, think about packaging it in an envelope--less trash, same yummy flavor.

I HAVE PURCHASED A FEW CASES OF THIS SHAKE AND FIND IT TO BE THE BEST OUT THERE. I HAVE HAD A GASTRIC BYPASS (2014) AND HAVE TRIED EVERY PROTEIN DRINK OUT THERE. THIS IS THE BEST ONE FOR FLAVOR, LOW CALORIES, AND CONVENIENCE. lIKE I SAID I BUY IT BY THE CASE AND DRINK A FEW EACH DAY. IT IS TRULY THE BEST ONE ON THE MARKET AND A GREAT PRODUCT FOR ANYONE NEEDING TO INCREASE THEIR PROTEIN INTAKE LIKE I DO! GO FOR IT! I ONLY USE THE CHOCOLATE DRINK, BY CHOICE.

I love this product. It's highly portable and you can mix it with milk or water. I use Fairlife milk to increase the protein. This is a must try product for anyone needing convenience, great taste, more liquids and protein.

I love how convenient these are. I fill it with a little more water and it usually reduces the clumping. My reason for 4 stars is how long it takes to mix, I guess it's a good work out. Flavor is 5 stars.
