Add cold water, shake, enjoy, and recycle the bottle. I prefer to let them thicken for a few minutes after initially mixing.

I have been drinking these almost every day since I discovered them 6 years ago. I buy them a case or two at a time and start each day with one. I never tire of the taste. They are the best healthy alternative product I have discovered in 30 years of fighting carb addiction.

I love these shakes. They are so convenient to take to work and taste delicious. They don't have that protein taste, which makes me sick. I have tried both chocolate flavors and vanilla and love them all.

Love the choc mocha, very easy and mix well and quickly. Only negative is that you cant buy in like a 24 bottle case at a better price point.
