It has real mushrooms in it. It needs to be microwaved to make sure the dehydrated mushrooms become soft and fully hydrated. But boy was I pleasantly surprised. My finance stared eating it and he’s not on a diet!! Very yummy in my opinion. One of the better soups.

Has great mushroom flavor. Smells wonderful while cooking. Instead of water I used almond milk and added dried onion flakes and garlic....Turned out delicious. I ordered another box!!

look..... most diet food taste awful...so this soup taste no worst than any other diet soup., and other soups dont have much protein in them, and this one does, which aids in weightloss

I wanted to like this soup and I was looking forward to it but it has a funny flavor. I had to add hot sauce in order to mask the flavor. I won't be ordering this again. Luckily, there are many other tasty products to order.
