This was my first Wonder Slim product and I am pleasantly surprised. I have learned by trying other programs that your taste buds change and soon I will be craving these! Because they are tiny they take awhile to eat which is perfect for me!

Based on the list of ingredients (2nd: Sugar, 3rd: Partially Hydrogenated Palm Oil aka trans fat) and nutritional information (10g of sugars) these are neither healthy nor low-carb.

I equate these to more of a cereal consistency. I would much rather have crunchers or a bar as my afternoon snack.
