Pretty lousy. Most of the soups I've tried are ok to pretty good. This stuff was just lousy. Reminded me of spaghetti 'os only not as tasty...if you can believe that.

Good flavor, but...

Good flavor, but 6 ounces is too much water. With that, you get spagetti soup. So I use 4 ounces of water.

ProtiDiet High Protein Spaghettini

I have been looking for something more savory to help break up the sweet meal bars and protein drinks. I didn't have high hopes for this, but thought I would give it a try. I am SO glad I did!! I really like the texture. The flavor needed a little something, so I added a little garlic powder and about 2 tsp of parmesan cheese and wow, very tasty!!

No, it is not like a large bowl of real Italian pasta! But we are on a protein diet here! So it is very satisfying. I like it.

Not the best

Not the best but okay. It is very filling, but i just didn't like the meat in this. The sauce and noodles were good just didn't care for the meat. I will eat the rest of the box though. It is good considering the protein and calories etc.

I like the texture and flavor! It's on par with other meals like it. I add a little bit of dried/fresh herbs and canned tomatoes to it when I have the time. It's one of my favorites. I love that it cooks in two minutes. :)

Satisfying

After buying some rather pricey brands, I decided to try this. I have found I really enjoy this more. I'll save my $5! This is what I want when I want something warm, hearty, and filling.
