Empty contents of one packet into a large cup or bowl. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of cold water. Stir until smooth.

Stovetop: Heat on medium while stirring occasionally until boiling point is reached.

Microwave: Heat on HIGH power for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, mix and reheat for another 30 seconds. Allow to rest before eating.
