The taste is a little bland, I add salt. I have a problem with cooking this as it seems to explode in the microwave even when I cook it in 30 sec. increments. The pasta seems to stay a bit hard.

After some trial-and-error in cooking, I figured out the best way to cook it. I added enough water to make it soupy, microwaved it for 90 seconds, and then let it sit. Shook a bit of Parmesan cheese into it and stirred it til it thickened. On the spectrum of "100% saucy" to "100% paste", it leans a bit closer to paste this way, but I've eaten it for the last 3 days and still look forward to lunch the next day.

If cooked just right this is very good just use 6oz water not 8. Give it a try for yourself.

Don't love it, but don't hate it. Purchased this and the cheeseburger one quite awhile ago and still have yet to finish either box.
Didn't encounter it being soupy like other reviews, but if so cut back on water.
Hint:add real ground beef for better flavor profile

It turns out more of a soup like someone said. The taste was the worst. I couldn't eat it and I'm not picky.

Although this tasted good it was very soupy which I was not expecting. Was looking for more of a meal than a soup so would probably not buy again.

wow! This is surprisingly delicious. Looks nothing like the picture, and is more of a watery soup consistency. perfect for cold weather, and just down right delicious! This is now one of my IPA favorites!
