Directions
Stove-Top Directions- Preheat a nonstick frying pan at low heat.
- Pour contents of one packet of pancake mix in 1.7oz of water. Stir with fork.

I really liked this pancake mix. It was light and cooked well. I added 1 tsp. of vanilla and 1 tbsp. of Walden Farms pancake syrup to the mix before cooking.

Often have one for lunch - I add a Tb of mct oil to the mix and don’t taste it at all. Can crumble a raspberry into the mix while cooking. I e of my faves

After trying several brands, hands down this is the only one that tastes like normal pancakes. Makes a nice fluffy and breast pancake that doesn’t have the strange sweet taste. Very filling. I like the suggestion someone made to pre-make, freeze and grab & toast when needed.

I love these. I get my protein and can mix in applesauce, banana, stevia chocolate chips, blueberries. It’s a great base to give me the variety I crave. Then a 0 calorie sugar free syrup.
