These bars are definitely a staple in my snack stash. They are a welcome change from the usual chocolate or peanut options. They are on the sweet side, but not overly so. The lemon flavor isn’t overpowering, and the texture is perfect. Hope they continue making these for a long time!

if you need a break from the chocolate bars, this is a perfect solution. Wonderful lemon flavor and very filling. Reminds me of the lemon bars my mother would make with tons of powdered sugar on them - only these are way healthier! I love chocolate but these are my favorite bars.

This is one of the best tasting protein bars I have found. And, I have tried a lot. I very much look forward to the snack part of my day where I get to enjoy one of the lemon bars. Perfect, savory lemon flavor with just the right amount of sweetness.

This is a delicious bar! Like the other reviewers, this is like a rice crispy treat with a lemon icing on the bottom. It is sweet enough to curb a craving but not overly sweet.
