This is my transfromation, it goes back from 2 years ago to present day. i lost a total of 80 lbs of fat. i had motivation and i proved everyone who doubted me wrong. SO CAN YOU. I will be making videos telling people how i did it, i didnt use any gimics or cheat in any way, i did it all thrugh changing my diet and lifting weights. i will also be posting videos about my day to day life showing people what i eat, how i train, and how i supplement.
