I started to lose weight in November 2008 and as it approaches two years since I started I figured it was time to put together a video of my progress, losing about 92 pounds in total to this day but have also put on some muscle over the time. I started with a strict diet part liquid over 6 months which was very tough and then started into the gym and started doing weights please don't leave negative comments and I hope I have provided some inspiration for some people looking to lose weight also.
